Sell your products and services, manage your schedule, look up client information, and track your sales for the day—all from your Android tablet or phone. With the app, you can:

- Browse your schedule of classes and appointments for you and your staff

- Look up and manage client information, including purchases and visit history

- Reactivate expired passes

- Sign clients in to class and manage waitlists

- Easily cancel a class or substitute a teacher

- Collect signatures and store paperless liability waivers

- Pull up reports to see how your sales are tracking for the day

Ratings and reviews

this app is pretty bad. some examples: -if im trying to look at the schedule on Thursday the 20th, the app takes me to the 13th. this happens 20% of the time -i get logged out of the app once every two weeks or so -10-30% of the time, calendar won't load. -10-30% of the time I'll log an appointment and the app will refresh to the default page without logging the appointment. this app is bad.

update has really mucked things up for us.Had to buy a new tablet to accommodate update. Now cc swiper isn't recognized on new android tab.. Have to manually key in cc, which costs more. After 4 hours on phone w tech support, they determined it's a bug. Great. Now what? support is working on it no doubt ... However... $300 later plus extra processing fees..

Constant issues. I call tech support and they take an outrageous amount of time to pretend to fix anything, if at all. They charge clients once their account is closed. We closed our business account so we no longer have any bank associated with the business. They continued to charge clients then blamed us. The app itself also rarely worked properly. I do not recommend MindBody Business. It wasnt just one bad experience or just app issues. Like I said in the review, constant multiple issues.
