The fees are too high and not transparent. You charge $1 to receive, $1 to send, plus around 4% hidden fees in the exchange rate. For example, if I receive 100 EUR and then send it again, the final amount delivered is only about 94.5 EUR. This means I lose around 5.5 EUR (≈5.5%) in just one round transaction. It would be much fairer if the fixed fees and exchange margin were shown clearly upfront.

We understand your frustration. Exchange rate fees are set by our partners and can change over time depending on market conditions. Moneco works best for receiving money and spending it with the card, but “round transactions” may result in higher costs. We’re working with our partners to try and offer better rates.

I wanted to let you know about a small bug I’ve been experiencing when trying to log in to the app. When I enter my correct credentials, I sometimes get the error message: "Something wrong happened. Try again." If I try again a few times or wait a bit, it eventually works. So it’s not a major issue, but it happens often enough to slow things down a bit. I'm happy to share feedback like this and help improve the app. Feel free to consider me as a friendly beta tester 😊 Thanks for your work

Merci pour ton message Zohir. Souvent, ce blocage vient de documents flous ou avec reflets. La vérif se fait alors manuellement. Je vais vérifier ton compte rapidement. Merci pour ta patience 🙏

It's been a week and u didn't review my payment, a shiti support, I sent USDT instead of USDC, and support said: u sent USDT instead of USDC, that's it, they don't care about customers or users, they just took my 10$ USDT. I don't recommend this shiti company. 0/10 so baaaad
We’re sorry for the frustration this has caused. As mentioned in the app and on our platform, we currently only support USDC on Solana due to partner and regulatory constraints. Unfortunately, transfers made in USDT cannot be credited.
We understand this can be disappointing, and we keep working to avoid future confusion.
