This is the worst app I have ever had I my entire life. Every single day, the app is having issues. I cannot last a day without issue with sending money. I would advise other people to use other applications. They would add 'cancel the money transfer " if the money is still in processing mode. Most of the time when you send money it shows that the app is having technical issues. If the money has been sent but not delivered, it will show processing. If you know they give you 24 to 48 hours.

This app is terrible! There is. A lengthy verification process. Where it not only asks you for your personal info but also photo I.D information to be uploaded with a video of yourself. And after doing the entire process I went to send money but it would not save any of my debit cards or accounts!!!! Seems like a scam they just deal your information. After you send in your personal info you only get a bunch of error messages afterwards. Stick to western union!!!!!!!

Sendwave has poor customer service from the last transaction I experienced a week ago. The app is having issues and will not allow me to make any further transactions. An error message is saying my delivery is still "processing" even though the recipient has already received the money. I'm unable to contact Sendwave bc no one answers my calls or chats. I have no other choice except to delete this app!
