Ratings and reviews

My order was marked as delivered but never delivered. Raised 3 tickets - all were rendered Competed, without as much as a message back from Chefz. There's no effective means of reaching customer support. Trash. Will not be using it again.

Very bad customer service They get delayed more than 2 hours and then they tell you the can't cancel Take care if you need it

Terrible App that doesn't work at all. It is absolutely impossible to make an order. I have been trying for 2 weeks. It crashes everytime I am placing an order. I spoke to.customer service and left several notes and the last thing they sent me is use an Apple device it will work there!!! Worst app ever. Should get zero stars.
