PURE GARBAGE. We hired nordlayer as corporate VPN paying 1000usd for the yearly plan and the VPN is practically unusable. The VPN keeps going down and is extremely slow (<1mbps). The support team is very responsive but useless as they keep recommending to change the connection protocol back and forth. After 6 months of the same issue the company still does not want to refund us and insists changing back to another protocol or spawinig another server will solve the issue.

Crashes every day! Can't have it on for home wifi because it runs as "metered" so my phone won't backup. But every time I disconnect, it logs out of the account, saying "session expired". So I'd to log in again over public WiFi!! Isn't that the point, to not reveal logins on public WiFi?!? Completely useless.

Our company has been using this App for 2 years and have constent issue on it blocking access to some our our key programs and sites. It auto renewed on 7/10/2022 and we wanted to cancel our subscription and recieve a prorated refund. They refused to do so saying something about terms of service. This is the 1st app company we ever dealt with that did not offer a refund after renewal. We feel this is extremely unethical behavior and have canceled our subscription in any case. Bad company!
