Ratings and reviews

It's easy to misunderstand how to use this app and purchase more than one ticket because there are delays in the processing. You'll be billed twice or more. I sent 10 messages. I sent bank transactions, ticket screen shots, credit card charges, email proof. They never intend to give your money back, only wear you down. Thameslink also has a dispute process, but no one getspaid to return your money. Don't use the app. Go direct to the rail service, so you're only dealing with one company.

Easy to use....one change that would be helpful: when searching for Stations, key by name and then location rather than location then name. For example: searching for King's Cross.....app has you search for London King's Cross (prevents duplicates) but I would rather see King's Cross London and display all the other potential matches

Solid app, easier to use than southeasterns own app and the tickets come through faster. Split tickets are great and the interface the tickets are given in is nice and simple. Seems a little unclear on when it offers you a "return same day ticket" or makes you book a specific time for your return. Kind of inconvenient but if you know when you want to head back it's alright. It would be nice if that option was a bit more front and center. Might be a new UI thing because it was easy till recently.

2. Fixed some bugs and improved the speed of the app.
