I used it for a couple months no issues, BUT, now I can't even use it, I haven't been able to in months and they still charge the $9.99 fee every month. I've tried to get a refund on the $9.99 , but the chat bot says it will transfer me to a "human", but never does. I just want my $9.99+ since it keeps charging me. My husband has an account too and the same is happening on his account too.

This pay in four app actually works. after using it for about a year unfortunately they went to a monthly subscription, for the few stores I used it for. there's not enough popular options like Amazon etc. loved it until now. Update: it's gotten only worse. They did add Amazon but removed a lot of the old stuff and then they won't approve the orders even though you have the spending limit for it. Heading in the wrong direction 👎

Ive actually had the app for awhile but tonight was the first time I made a transaction. The process was very smooth except for qualifying. I linked my account and was given a $1700 spending limit. I tried to make a $800 purchase at Walmart and I was declined. Despite having enough in my account to cover the first payment. I then went on to try several amounts and the only transaction that I was able to complete was for $200. So, Ik being told I qualify for $1700 but only being allowed to use
