Ratings and reviews

App no longer works & fees out of control. App constantly freezes and crashes, can't even use it anymore, not that I have recently since they've started charging extra buyer fees. It's not worth it, I quit buying on Poshmark and mercari, so far I've stuck with eBay, at least their app isn't awful. Even before the fees posh's UI was terrible, it still is, it just doesn't work at all anymore. Don't even bother with this one anymore, it won't be long until it's totally dead anyway.

Please have an option to disable the Smart AI. The toggle for classic list does nothing and I have to go in and manually delete all the information that it auto fills. The title also keeps regenerating even after deleting it and putting in my own title. It has made listing 3 times as long. Also, the three days for the buyer to accept the order is too long, it should be one day after delivery. It takes way too long for sellers to get their money.

It don't know if it is the app or the sellers but here lately packages are not being sent in a decent time frame and when I reach out thru the messages I get no response. Also I think that if a seller cancels an order there need to be a reason sent to the buyer not just seller cancelled. When I find something I research it and kinda get excited when I decide to buy and then just nothing. Update another order canceled by sender.
