Ratings and reviews

Please make it possible to turn off AI descriptions. They are SOOO bad and aren't at all in the format I use for my listings. They are usually wrong too. Plus it takes forever for it to generate the nonsense so it slows down listing time. I click "classic" when listing but it still does the AI nonsense every time. Horrible.

Beware of Poshmark policies when in live shows. I accidentally hit the "bid" button instead of the "send message" button. The seller "forgot" to cancel the order and shipped the package to me even though I did not want the item. Now I am out $30. I went back and forth with support who basically told me I have no rights in the situation and bids are binding. Also the notifications are jumbled and can be hard to find where your important messages are.

This app has changed and it's basically not worth it anymore. With all the fees, it's usually cheaper to just buy the items new or on Amazon. Customer support is slow or non responsive. It used to be a cool place to find deals and now people are listing products that are actually MORE money, with longer shipping and less support than original websites. Such a bummer. Used to be a fun site. Won't be using anymore.
