Terrible site design, terrible app design. After making a purchase from this site, I began getting too many emails from Poshmark. And they make it extremely difficult to shut them down. You can't do it through their site. You have to use the app. And between notifications and emails, there are 46 different selections you have to unselect. It's pretty egregious. I downloaded the app to shut down the emails and will delete the app once I'm done. And I'm never buying from them again.

So I have already talked to support about this but for me this year on the app has been less than good. I have found more items I want from sellers that haven't been on for years. Those accounts need to inactivated. I have had more canceled by seller than every other year combined and when sending a seller a message I almost never get a response back. It's hard to have confidence in buying especially if your buying for event without communication. Hopefully 2025 will be better.

Customer service needs serious improvement. I've contacted customer service multiple times with no resolution. I placed an order 10 days ago. The seller never shipped or responded to my messages. I involved Poshmark in the conversation. No response. I just want my order cancelled and my money back. I had to file a claim through PayPal. Hopefully that works. Its frustrating when a seller isn't active or honest and customer service doesn't support the paying customer. Do better or lose business.
