Very well designed and easy to navigate. Most if not all information that's frequently needed is usually only one screen away. The one issue I have is the Payment Center page doesn't list the scheduled payment amount if it differs from the amount due. In other words, you can't actually see you setup something like an additional principle payment unless you go to change the autopay settings.

I don't know how this app has high ratings. They must come from fake user bots. The app has selected a ridiculously high dollar amount for my loan request, void of any reality, and I can't change that amount or delete the request. The contact us doesn't work, they're having technical difficulties. Great. Once I get this straightened out, I'm cancelling everything to do with my account and going to my credit union like I should have from the start.

This easily navigate-able, simple app, which I like. It gives me options, such as paying principal only. That's a big deal to me. Here's an improvement suggestion: I would like to be able to choose which dates a scheduled payment comes out on rather than "every other week." We get paid on specific days of the month, so the "every other week" option doesn't work for us. Also, if I make a partial payment, it should be applied immediately to the balance rather than being held in limbo.
