worst experiance ever when i check then they show high rate when i send money then rate was low and then i cancel my transaction then money was deduct on my account but they dont refund me 2000$ was gone scam app ever

I had sent money to dubai. it's been 3 days and I'm still waiting for the transfer to be completed. It shows completed from my end but still the person didn't get the money. i have been trying to complain and no response from the support staff yet. I'm so concerned about my money.
