Forgot my login and have been trying to gain access for months but just kept being sent in a loop, back to log in screen after clicking the confirmation email, after months of trying to reset without success, I managed to remember my password so have emptied my account and will be closing my account as I am not prepared to risk losing access to my funds again. On checking on revolute communit it appears this is a common issue but seems nothing is being done to fix the password reset loop issue.

Issues with Revolut that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, if a payment is made to a company and it turns out to be a scam, Revolut does not take any action to recover the funds, despite explanations of the situation. Secondly, when someone sends money through the app, there is no easy way to view previous payments or calculate the total amount received. Unlike Monzo, which allows users to click on a sender's name to see this information, Revolut requires users manually to do it.

I invested significant time adding all necessary details and documents for my business account application. I also selected a paid subscription plan. However, it was declined without any explanation or recourse to contact support. This lack of transparency is frustrating and wastes valuable time for business owners. Moreover, I found no option to delete my account and the data I provided. This raises concerns about GDPR compliance and data protection. L.E: Support team was not helpful.
