Several issues. Our samsung water leak sensors all disappear as of July 1st. This was not their original behavior(several years of working well). Second issue is turning off or on devices with respect to sunset (or sunrise) time, or with some random variation seems very difficult if not impossible. Generally happy that it supposedly supports multiple protocol devices, particularly low bandwidth systems, but disapointed in other features.

The app is over complicated and makes even basic tasks like turning devices on and off difficult. Routines are a mess and have all sorts of odd limitations and warnings. The new device control integration is also a huge downgrade. Small things like every device being forcibly named "Personal Device - " means you can't see the name of any device, just "Personal Device -" in the menu. You can't really customize the layout, just the order, so it is as cluttered as before.

They require this app, and an account just to use your phone as a remote. Then it isn't even as full featured as other remote apps I have used. A quick google tells me that it used to be able play sound through your phone, but they removed that functionality. Why?!? They really need a separate app for people who just have a tv, not a smart home. As it is, this is enough to make me return my new tv and just get a much cheaper roku tv.
