Ratings and reviews

Tickets purchased accidentally for wrong date/venue of concert. No way to cancel order or to even try to sell the tickets. I would have gladly lost my processing fee, but instead out over $100. I searched for the proper concert, the one that came up was in the wrong state and I didn't realize it until immediately after the purchase. Very disappointing.

Pretty decent UI for finding seats, but for some reason the browser UI is better, showing the location of individual seats. Would much prefer this in the app. Also, fees (typically VERY significant) are NOT INCLUDED UP FRONT which is VERY MISLEADING. They do not tell you your final ticket price until right at the end after you input a credit card.

Horrible service, they approve returns and the tell you a credit is on the way a month later and no credit/promo added to the account. Might be good, but if you buy because of the return guarantee, don't plan on the credit. I've sent in multiple emails and no response other than they are busy. I'm filling a fraud case with my credit card. Eventually they got back to me claiming I needed to follow the provided instructions to return the tickets.
