Record high-quality sound in a variety of situations quickly and easily with the Voice Recordings app. You can also efficiently manage and edit the recorded files, edit transcribed text from the audio, or share the files with various apps.

• Record easily anytime, anywhere
Start recording quickly and easily from anywhere, including from your Galaxy smartphone, tablet, or watch.
Record through the built-in microphone, a Bluetooth headset, or a compatible external microphone.

• Record in various recording modes
[General] It allows you to record easily. It shows the waveform of the audio.
[Interview] Record yourself and another person’s voice using the microphones on the top and bottom of your phone. It shows the waveform for each voice, which you can play back separately.

• Bookmark important moments
You can add bookmarks to easily find important content.
You can also collect only the snippets you bookmarked or play them right away.

• Block calls while recording
When you get a call while you’re recording, you can continue recording without answering.

• Share only the data you need
Share your recorded audio or transcribed text by selecting only the data you want to share.

To use this app, the following permissions are required. You can use the basic features of the app without giving the optional permissions.

the idea of this app is great, I use it every day. I wish the transcription was more accurate. there are times when the recording just stops. I wish that editing/trimming a recording wouldn't move the file to the top and retained the order it was created. also would be great if there was an AI chat where you can ask it questions within the context of the transcript.

it's great and all works like any other recorder. But you can't click out of it and play a song while it records, my other recorder that I had, did, and it was great. Not this one. Also when you turn on your lock screen, it's a big notification, so you can't hide it. Which also sucks.

I loved this app until they updated it. It stops every 15-20 minutes and has a 3 hour limit. I use my Samsung watch most of the time. There was no notice that they had changed the functionality and I missed almost all of an important event because I did not realize the recording had stopped. It also seems like the sound quality is not as good.
