It's very difficult to create an account. I tried to pay using GCash, but no verification code was sent to my phone number. This app sucks, not convenient, not user friendly, I have account 2 years ago and it's so hard to retrieve that's why I am creating a new one but it sucks. This app doesn't deserve 1 star, maybe -5 star will do.

This app will ask you to choose a time and a seat before pirchasing your tickets. Then when you get to the cinema, surprise! They'll tell you you have no reservation. It lets you easily purchase tickets without logging in. Then later you find out your purchase was not recorded. There is no option to create an account. When you go to the site to create an account, it leads you to an error page. So you have a proof of payment via email but you ha no reserved seats. 🙄

So disappointed with this app. Hindi ko kaagad nabasa ang mga bad reviews and it happened to me as well. Same thing, I have encountered error during payment transaction so I though there is just a mistake, so I have tried it 3 times ( Ticket for 2). And then I received emails that the 3 payment attempts I made were successfully deducted to my credit card without any confirmations or e-ticket from the app. Omg. What a waste of money! I really hope I can make a refund.
