Once again you randomly change things without explanation. Took multiple attempts to get in because you forced expired my password without warning. Took forever to realize I needed to create a new pw not that I was putting in an incorrect one. All things change, when they do its helpful to let people know so they aren't wasting time trying to do something that should take 30 seconds & it end up taking 30 mins.

Everytime I go to pay on the app the "continue" button remains greyed out and doesn't allow me to proceed even after confirming payment type, email, and phone information to send confirmation of payment. I would love for this all to be more friendly for Android users. I think it's a great concept to be able to utilize it for payment but sadly, unable to do so.

I called to cancel service because I was moving. GA power showed I had called, but couldn't tell me what for, and that my cancelation didn't get recorded. then charged me $300 for power while I love in another state. Great job idiots. you even confirmed the date I called in to stop service, but couldn't confirm why I called. the only time I ever called the damn power company was to cancel. completely retarded
