Ratings and reviews

It works a lot better than it used to, but it has a hard time processing tickets and every once in awhile it will crash after scanning a ticket without giving you confirmation that it has added points and entries to your VIP account rewards. You must be careful not to rescan too many of the tickets that you're double checking got entered in too quick of a timeframe, or they will lock you out of your account for 12 hours.

scan option is awful it is great to be able to check your ticket numbers, but the scanner is too quick and never reads the barcode on the first try. takes about 5 times of holding your phone just right, your ticket in the right place on the table, crossing your feet, legs, fingers, arms and eyes, and maybe it will read it for you.

I will update my stars when I can see activity and get the points for my tickets. You will get 5 stars when you make it easier to enter tickets, I can see my history, and use the scanner that was on the other app. This one flat out sucks. It always has, taking multiple times to get it scan correctly. The other app scanned perfectly. Please fix! It would also be nice to see how many points you got for each ticket as you scan them. You should have enough money from my losing tickets to fix!
