I've had this service for a number of years. In Nov 23 I was overcharged by $40 which they were able to refund in just over a week. Since then I have been unable to pay my bill or redeem any rewards points via app. There's always an error box pop up. I have to call and go through all the sales prompts before I'm able to pay the bill. The customer service is friendly but doesn't always help. I spent 30 mins in a chat to resolve an issue, "your issue is resolved", only it's still quite present.

Service was dependable and 4 or 5 Bars everywhere I was and would not drop signal hardly ever. Could NOT sign in or check My Account after initial set-up. Would not let me log in again. Service representative was very unhelpful and never addressed the issue of My account log in. Multiple service representatives on multiple calls and the same outcome. Great Service provider but,... NOT for Me any longer. I have switched to Mobile X. And so far I am not filled with regrets.

Where do I start? It's too slow, at the bottom just a straight line. No arrow to go back to the page you were just at. Or an arrow to go forward. The other night for a full 15 minute conversation all I heard was static..but they didn't hear it at their end. Later on my daughter heard it at her end, but I couldn't hear it at my end . Then sometimes it will glitch..be all over the place. The volume is not loud. I have it at maximum level and it's not loud.
