App does what its intended use is but doesn't allow you to change plans, constantly has bugging issues, and the format isn't great. Half of everything I need to use for straight talk is on the website, rather than the app. It's great for adding service and managing your account, but not much after that. I'd definitely still choose Straight Talk over most data providing services!

used to be great. but my hotspot data hasn't been working. added 2 gb 3 times, then activated a new service card early, and still not working. spent an hour with customer service, and still nothing. frustrating as hell update: did as requested, talked to a customer service rep. did as she instructed, and STILL NOTHING . last update: 4th time, and still hasn't been fixed. don't have the time to spend and waste on getting nowhere. they seem sincere in wanting to fix it, but it just hasn't

When I ask customer support anything I never get a response. Two years ago this was never an issue. I was able to resolve everything on the app several years ago. Now I'm getting 15GB of hotspot data instead of the 20GB displayed on the purchase card. And when upgrading to Unlimited Gold, the perks like Paramount+ is just a misleading advertisement for a free 2 week trial to get my payment information. It's only a matter of time before I find a better service provider for my household to use.
