Ratings and reviews

Can't ship to store, can't order more than one of the item I even bothered installing the app for to ship to home, can't do subscriptions. This is more an issue with their entire retail website, but the whole thing sucks. When I tried to register in the app with a password that was too long, it didn't give an error, just refreshed the page. Coupons section is super glitchy. Very obviously an abandoned half-finished product, which is sad and confusing with a relatively big company.

Terrible app. Trying to upload photos from my phone to this app so I can print them and it literally takes FOREVER to load. It's a shame that they have a lot of apps switching to React Native framework (my husband is an app developer). Just use the website, this app gets you no where. Not to mention after I waited forever for it to load, the app crashed. Waste of time. Do not use the app, just use the website instead.

This app is terrible and not user friendly at all! I add coupons and they show up in the cart and when I get to checkout screen, they just disappear. I login with my fingerprint, but am prompted to manually enter my name and address at checkout. Additionally, I have saved a credit card on file multiple tines, but every time I check out, I can't access my saved card and must manually re-enter the information.
