Absolute no support from spice jet. I lost my belonging and it was promptly located in 2 days by Airport authority..i am asked to contact my airline operator for getting it back as it is abroad.. no response and autogenerated mails since over 25 days now.. no one responds, no date is committed .. this is inspite of the norms by authorities to airline operators .. pls do not expect any support from the 'customer support' of spice jet.. simply no process, its namesake support

Ordered two food items along with the ticket was not delivered. Called the cabin crew many times, then we got one food item out of two. The another one i think cabin crew sold to someone. Absolutly very poor service not recommended to anyone.

3rd grade Company, seems about to get bankrupt I have few very bad experience with them as delay is flight for more than 6hours, flight seat booking take additional charge for preferred seat but complete flight get change and not refund the amount even after multiple follow-up.
