Discovered that none of my clients were receiving any hyperlinks that were sent with txt messages. I can receive hyperlinks but not send. This has been going on for months apparently. I would send a text message to a client with a link and they would say I didn't get the link did you send it? No response from Vonage support on a ticket I opened over 30 days ago. Stay away from Vonage. I will be changing providers asap. Any 4 star reviews you're reading are likely fake.

my issue is, when there is a call coming in thru vonage app, phone rings and Bluetooth doesn't..text messages i hear it on my phone and BT device. Still no fix. 2024 and messages hasn't been working over 3 months.. all the info was submitted, and I was told everything is good and it will take up to 2 weeks.. well, it's been 3 months

It's been 2 months and still can't send text. Mainly why I chose them was to be able to text customers, and it worked for a few months now, nothing, and they haven't reached out. And still paying full price for have the service and in a contact so cant leave. They need to get this fixed and make it righ, and you can't talk to a huma, just a chat like wth. Update still no text it's now Oct 5, 2024.. and still having to pay full price. Don't use this compnay. No live agent either.
