Ratings and reviews

I frequently have difficulty placing orders due to their "fraud protection". I can't order without having to contact customer support, when there's never been an issue in the first place. I'm hoping other services expand in our area. Edit 3/24/20: i no longer have difficulty ordering, but occasionally there is an item missing. Still, I'm happy to have this service.

Nice app could use some improvements like a notification for when they arrive or a map view of them coming. If I wasn't sitting outside I'm sure I wouldn't have received my food. Also I wish it was open later. 9:30 is a bit early. Also the delivery fee is kinda high. I'm only .7 miles away from Popeyes and I spend 6$. The delivery fee should be calculated by distance. Other than that it's a great app for getting food that doesn't offer it's own delivery service ! I will recommend this to my friends !

The people who make the deliveries are awesome, they make it on time usually, the food is still warm or cool when they arrive, and they rarely miss any items. Everything is smooth until I can't get a delivery processed though. I can make different combinations to try to go around the issue and receive the same message. What it doesn't tell me is why my orders can't be processed or what I can do to fix it.
