App is ok...but a little clunky. And there's several things that should be general options across the app. Like for example...you can order a drink "no ice"...only if it's being added as an individual item. If it's added as part of a combo...the option is non-existent. Also would be nice if it tracked your location (like McDonald's) so it auto-selects the closest store. Rather than just going with the most recent location.

I like the coupons and rewards and it runs smoothly for me most of the time. My biggest complaint is the lack of customization options. You can take things off a sandwich but you really can't add anything to it. Especially on the breakfast menu. It used to be better and you could customize stuff but changed it. Don't fix what isn't broken.

App is always buggy. Pulled up to a drive-thru with an offer in mind only to have the app bug out with a spinning wheel and no points to redeem or offers. I uninstalled twice, cleared the cache, rebooted my phone, installed updates to my phone and checked to see if I was running the current app version - no luck. This happened on 2 separate occasions to where ai had to change my order due to cost and the lack of being able to cash in my rewards points. What was the current update for? 🤔
