I can't reset my password. Last month I had the same problem. You sent a link but there is no instructions. This app is the worst. Today March 22nd, tried again,but this time I went to the office, but used the app to send money and I couldn't. Why? Because the app is awful. I spent almost 2 hours taking pictures of my id card and myself, but it didn't work. It asked me 20 times to take the pictures again and again and again. I really don't recommend the app or western union. It sucks.

What a piece of garbage! Worst user experience ever! I need to do really important international transaction to a relative and it just keep giving "Technical problem error codes", its asks for additional information but it doesn't specify if the information required has to be about the sender or the receiver. And even worst WU representatives in Chile says is now obligation to use this app before going to the agency for an international transaction.

Won't let me even log in. Before getting access to the app, it states my email is incorrect. Whaaaat? I'd recommend WU get themselves a new app developer, this is a marketing catastrophe.
