About this app

SPTime is an app that helps you control the amount of time you spend on your phone, helping you to digitally detox and rethink your time use.
You can set a time limit for your entire phone, or set a time limit for an app you always use for a long time, and have the app blocked if you go over that time.
For a more passive function, you can also have it notify you via message that you have exceeded the time limit.

This app acquires and accumulates the app usage time in your phone since the day it was installed.
You can view a time series of usage time by phone and app in a graph, or check the previous week's comparison.
By objectively checking how much time you spend on your phone and apps, you can review how you use them and make better use of your time!

The premium version also hides ads and allows you to compare and view other users' smartphone usage time.
