can't pay directly with my credit/ debit. they make you replenish an e-card. on top of which the app has glitches. what's the point of convenience if it's not convenient. Spoke to customer service, and they said if you set up an e-wallet when you first create an account, you are stuck with that option.

This app will allow you to select a parking spot, pay for it, and then the city tickets you for being in a spot that they collected parking fees for. After that, I requested my account be closed and the funds on file be refunded: that was nearly 5 months ago. Customer service says "oh we're working on refunds and there's no ETA" - there is absolutely no point to using the app. Once they have your money, it's gone.

Downloaded to pay for parking the same day. Was able to create an account (though verifying a phone number shouldn't be necessary for something like this and feels invasive). App wouldn't let me add a credit card. I didn't get an error, it just took me to an empty screen with no text or buttons. Cool. We tried on my partner's phone, exact same behavior (also Android). I tried to call ParkNYC and was kept on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up, I had somewhere to be. Bad app.
