I've had SECU for years. I've never had a problem. Great to work with if you need assistance. In my experience they've always been helpful and have provided great customer service. I like they have many locations throughout the state and you can get service from any of them. Good experience with telephone customer service. I do really like you can get ahold of a SECU customer service representati 24 hours a day. I have dealt with multiple banks in the past. SECU surpasses their competitors.

What happened?! The app was working really well but every since the last update its very laggy, also when you select an option on the screen it goes to a black screen for a few seconds before actually taking care of your transaction. I dont like it at all. Feels like someone is tampering with the app. Please fix this issue!!!

Thank you for your feedback. The most recent update of the app is compatible with Android 11 or newer, so running the app with Android 10 will be slower than with a more recent OS version. We do apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you.

Very easy to navigate. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because since the update I can't transfer within my acct on my mobile app. Called customer service and they couldn't tell me the problem. Yes I could go on website but mobile app was always better and of ease to use. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with same problem. When this issue is resolved I will gladly give 5stars
