COMMON ISSUES

If you’re encountering a “request expired” prompt, try setting your device to use “Automatic Date & Time” or “Automatic Timezone”. The exact name may differ according to your device, and can be found in your device settings.

Ratings and reviews

Couldn't use after the recent update. It said I have unauthorized apps installed or mirroring app. However, I have never downloaded authorized app or have any mirroring app on. Same issue with DBS digiapp half a year ago. Think it is affecting some of the phone models from China. please check with DBS on how they resolve it.

Unable to log in after updating keeps saying I have screen sharing or device mirroring. Used to have this issue when DBS updated it's security features but they have since sorted the problem. Please sort this out as ASAP

Latest version complains about apps from unknown sources, but doesn't mention which app is the problem. How can the national authentication system cut off all app usage without providing clear reason for doing so? This decreases trust in the system and makes people more worried about updating the app in future.
