Something happened about 2 weeks ago. App will not open. Have restarted phone many times. Have uninstalled/reinstalled about 6 times. Have contacted customer support a few times. Hopefully they are working on it, because as of now, it's worthless. I'll keep checking, but it seems that, by the reviews, that quite a few peoplexm are experiencing the same frustrating issue.

It worked great at least until the 23rd of Oct, then when I TRIED to use it on the 27th it crashed as soon as it was launched. Tried uninstall/reinstall and the same thing happened. Messaged Whataburger, called and the response email I got was to close the app and log in again... HOW am I supposed to do that if the app won't launch?! I described this to them on phone and in message, apparently escalations didn't actually READ the message. Now points in limbo and can't use them! Not happy!

Not sure what is going on ever since the last update on the 23rd of October the app stopped working you try to get into the app the Whataburger logo apply and it closes on you, what's going on with the app and system, it also looks like I'm not the only one with this issue on the app, can you guys please look into this I as well did the whole uninstall/reinstall to see if it would solve the issue and still no where I'm left in limbo as well. App worked well before the last update that was made.
