App is OK. 1. Could use some improvement to the UI to make navigation in the app menus more intuitive. 2. Doesn't want to connect to the OBD device easily. Inconsistent. Then drops connection. 'Connect instructions' don't always work. Have to use more typical OBD reader methods; e.g., when to have key on or off, engine off or running. 3. App changes phone settings to update itself automatically. I turn auto update off. App turns auto update back on. Phone settings are owner choice.

It manages my OBD link MX plus, installs new firmware, downloads and installs the vehicle specific data, displays and clear as old error codes. If there was interference during the update of the firmware normally due to Torque Pro kicking in when you didn't want it to, it recovers that as well. If you want, you'll go through and read all of the buses at the same time and display all of the codes from all of the buses. I don't know anything else that can do that at anywhere near this price.

This app is pretty good. I paid for the "enhanced pids". This allows some added functionality. I recently upgraded my device as well to the mx+ but don't really see why. It did allow more functions as in readability of more sensors/control units. However I am still searching for the added abilities. I have more sensors to add to live view but many do not work. I am guessing if fault codes from other modules are present it will provide them.
