The fresh, intuitive design gives you access to your Manulife Benefits and Retirement plans quickly and easily. For even easier access you can use Android™ Fingerprint authentication.

As a Group Benefits plan member, you can:

• submit your claims
• review recent claims and payment information
• see your benefit balances
• access your benefits card and load it to your Android Walletpasses compatible application
• find health care providers in your area with directions on how to get there
• search My Drug Plan for a drug and find the lowest cost alternative
• find places to get your prescriptions for less with Pharmacy Savings Search

As a Group Retirement and VIP Room plan member, you can:

• check your savings totals and plan details
• review your recent activity
• view all contributions made to your plan
• see your rates of return

WHEN it works, it works lol... But most of the time there will be some kind of error that prevents me to submit my claim using this apps. And it never worked for me to attach any supporting documents. If I simply want to view previous claimed amount, or even to search up a drug with its DIN, it's a simple and fast way to do so. But really, the submission function almost never worked. I was lucky enough to have it worked maybe a few times in the past years. I gave the two stars for those times when I truly experienced how convenient it could be to submit a claim just like that with an app lol...makes it all the more disappointing when it doesn't work :(

I've used this app many, many times on various devices on both iOS and Android, and this version is by far the worst. It's choppy and slow, it keeps offering me a tour despite the fact that I've been using it for a while, and as of today, after submitting a claim, all I get is a spinning circle...And then, after I close the app and log back in, I discover that the claim was submitted, but I didn't get a confirmation number. This is inconvenient and is subpar. You clearly need to fix this app.

This app is broken. In the short time I spent in the app I saw several features that were not working properly. The video that was supposed to show how to use the app took me to a blank page with no video loading. There's a chat that says it's unavailable. When I went to submit a claim the app was in some endless loop showing it was loading. I left it for around 3 minutes then had to close it as it seems like it locked up.
