Great idea, bad app on android. Crashes constantly. Keyboard stalls out and I can't type in the app. Have to write in a notes app and copy/paste over. No notifications. Had to delete and have my husband download it on his iPhone in order to communicate with the vet. If it wasn't required by our vet, I wouldn't bother

**Update to my review!!!customer support showed some courtesy and responded with kindness and understanding reimbursed my money and explained the problem. Thank you for your great response and i look forward to trying it again in the near future 😊 App is awful. No notifications no nothing. No response thru the app and when there was I didn't know and missed appt. I now have a appt and can't get into app. .. my dog needed care and this app failed us and now it's been 3 more days.

App will not work on Google Pixel 6a phone. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times, but it shuts down immediately. It works on an older Samsung phone
