I love Avanti West Coast. It is my favourite rail service. However the app tells me my email is not valid so I can't log in the app, rendering it useless. I can't even reset my password because my email is apparently not valid. It does not change my outlook on Avanti, as I still love them. However I shall just stick to paper tickets for the foreseeable future.

good app, user experience poor as i use this and your online booking for car parks. if I reset a password on the app, it doesn't work for parking login and vice versa so I keep having to do this for EVERY trip. You could do with RUM (real user monitoring) via an observability platform as that would automate user experience enhancement.

Never ever receive a notification of the platform when at London Euston. The app doesn't allow you to change seats when booking tickets. Assume it's fake door marketing which is nothing but annoying and makes me want to ditch the app. And even travel using another company!
