Ratings and reviews

My experience with BMG has been simple, effective and quick. I do wish they would update the app to communicate better and also submit requests. But I also understand it's supposed to be a medium not a facilitator.

Keeps telling me that I'm eligible for refinancing but when I get to the part where I get a code sent to me absolutely NOTHING. Their customer service is non-existent despite being on a call back list AND not answering emails at all!!!

BMG is very good, to be honest. The only app lender that actually gave me a large loan, I'm looking to restore my horrible credit. The app was very easy to use, especially for someone like me who's not the best at tech
