They allowed me took book a stay, and the property wouldn't even allow me to stay there because I lived "within 28 miles of the property." I have been going back and forth with customer service for over a month trying to get a refund. I wish I could rate lower that 1 star. EDIT: It's officially been 4 months with no refund in sight. Second Edit: 8 months and counting

So poorly designed. I made a booking and they did not get it processed to my hotel so when we got there I had no reservation and didn't exist in their system. I'm down over $400 and they are saying I have to go through the hotel when I never even made it to their system and they have no record of getting money from me. Booking messed up on their end and my cancellation fee was the entire payment for hotel? Customer service after you cancel is no help and hang up on you.

This seems to be the only way to get in touch with you! I've sent messages wherever made available but nobody is responding back! I've tried clicking on number for support but it just takes me to white screen. I entered my location for reservation and reserved room, it ended up being 2 hours farther than my destination so I immediately called hotel & canceled but could not reach you all. I ended up paying for 2 hotel rooms for one night. Please fix this and I will fix my review
