So far, everything is going as told. Well, I've donated 7 times, and I love this place. The staff is awesome. The wait times are great in and out within an hour I'm so glad I did this plus the app is great

Normal everything runs fine and quick I don't know if it's just Friday or what but best described as snails pace. This is suppose to be no more then an hour they had no emergency but acted like there was zero experience and were just moving like there was all the time in the world to be had. And refused to fill more then 8 beds at a time with 5 people on the floor. Same with the intake process. And the intake process has no routine you never know what to expect in what order and it's just unprof

The app is fine, with no real complaints. Except the fact that every time you go in to donate, you have to agree to be contacted in certain situations, but they don't do their job. I walked in one day with absolutely no idea they had deferred me. I had a test done and waited 3 weeks with not so much as a missed phone call. DONT BELIEVE THEM.
