❤️ it I'm able to see cases I may want, I'm able to see my schedule cases on the calendar. With Care Connect no need to call Supervisors because I'm able to text them and get a quick reply well depending on who the Supervisor is 😊. The only issues, I have to keep logging in even If I switch from one app to this one. I also have to log back in if I minimize the app. 2024 the app has been upgraded even better. To much to write. If u have the app look @ the new features. Absolutely 💯❤️ this app

I am using the mobile app and have been stuck on a course, the next button doesn't work. I can't start another course because it says I already have one in progress. Also I get an error when I try to add my email address on the app, and the need help just says something went wrong. This app is still very buggy. It is very frustrating when I am trying to complete trainings and cannot move onto the next section, it only restarts from the beginning and gets stuck at the same section.

Great for viewing and selecting available cases for possible assignments, quick contact with supervisor, access to required Inservice courses, checking case assignments and completing covid survey status and checking exact location and bus to patient. It's my daily Go-To work app. It's a valuable asset for HHAs.
