Infuriating and unreliable app. It works properly about 10% of the time. 90% of your time is spent refreshing and reopening the app, because its stuck on a blank screen all the time. Even if you turn mobile data/wifi etc on and off, it still doesnt work.

The system is always problematic. Not only the internet connection itself is slow, the interface is also as slow. The line said 5G, but it was as slow as 3G back in the day. Heck, 3G might be even smoother and faster than them. My grandma's connection is faster than yall. Macam gampang

When I first bought the data package it was very fast but after 10 days the data became very slow. Unlike umobile, the data is very balanced, except when it rains, it becomes a little slower. I bought celcom because in the village it's only 4g with the 20gb hotspot package I bought but the hotspot is slow so I can't use it because it's very slow a few days after purchase.If you are in the city, buy the umobile unlimited data plus hotspot , call free to all network and the data also fast.
