Don't waste your time or $ on this useless app. From a disingenuous initial .99 cent trial offer, comes an "immediate" $4.99 amount afterwards presented. * The app never connects to begin with - with the provided code. Lastly, 3 days have elapsed since my request for assistance - with no return communication. Terrible.

On 10/8/2025 I paid $29.99 + tax for a yearly subscription but they are still trying to charge me or access my account for a monthly subscription of $4.99 I will like for the persons in charge to stop trying to collect payment for the monthly subscription. thanks.

I have 2 subscriptions under Cinetool Kit. one for Venabox, and one for Hozify. one is not due until February 2026 as I paid for the entire year. The other is due tomorrow. Since they both are labeled the same on my billing and only have different dates; I have no clue which is due for payment. I don't want to be double charged or pay for one twice. Support is not answering my email. I need to know which subscription is which so I can make my payment and continue my service. THANK YOU
