Ratings and reviews

The drivers, not an issue. But the app is terrible. Both the map and time are wrong. And the booking algorithm is a joke. I stood next to a driver while booking, yet it selected a different driver over 10 minutes away. The driver next to me then got a pick-up near my destination. And just today it selected a car driving away from me, ON THE MOTORWAY!? went from 4 minutes to over 25, so I cancelled and started over.

Very useful app usually, let's me get to and from work. Only issue is frequent bug when booking, input pick up and destination with a card payment in place, and app says 'something went wrong' - no details about what and re-attempting booking doesn't work, even restarting app/phone doesn't help. I haven't noticed a particular trigger or pattern, so it just happens randomly. Aside from this annoyance, the app is great and very useful.

The prices are competitive, but the app is not reliable where the time estimate of when the driver should arrive at the pick up point is always way off compared to Uber and bolt, and it doesn't show you the progress of the driver on the map. I had just cancelled a ride for the reason where I'm just seeing the driver's car stationary on the map for 5 minutes and got charged a £3 cancellation fee. Absolutely ridiculous.
