The bikes are great they almost propelled themselves after you get going but they have it unlocked fee of like $10 that they don't tell you about until after you're done writing so it's an additional $12 unless you pay the monthly fee which is well worth it if you like the ride. I'll have to check my account then because I was charged more then that

Hi there, we'd like to clarify the cost of our bikes. They are only $2 to unlock and ride for the first 10 minutes, but there is a $10 bank hold, which is immediately refunded on our end. If the $10 charge was not refunded, please contact your card provider, as it is being held by them. Thanks for riding with us, and we're glad you enjoy the bikes!

I've had nothing but good experience with this machine and I use them frequently. Been a monthly subscriber for about two years now. Now all of a sudden all the bikes in tulsa are missing and TM isn't responding to anyone's emails or phone calls and there's no updates on their website or any social media. What gives? If you guys went out of business can you at least let the public know??

App is not dependable. I follow all the prompts. I ride the bikes at Kendall Whittier. One day it works. The next it does not. Complained to customer service, they blamed me for not knowing how to use the app. In other words, the customer service sucks. If I did not know how to use the app then how come I unlock the bikes sometimes? I bought the monthly pass because the bikes themselves are awesome. I just wish the app was dependable.

Hi Kimberly, we release regular updates to keep the bikes running smoothly. Ensuring your bluetooth and location services are on, and keeping both your phone and the app updated is what allows the app to communicate properly with the bikes. Thanks for riding with us, and glad you enjoy the bikes!
