Ok, so when I first got the app and joined the monthly plan ($15), I absolutely loved it. The bikes were readily available. But recently, the gps for the bikes was way off. Then, the perfectly good bike I just used the night before was unavailable for me to rent. Then the worst thing happened. The bike would not work. It said it was charged, but the motor did not work. They have gone from 5 stars to 2 in a hurry. Don't know if I'll renew.

Frequently there are 6 bikes on a rack, app says they are available, all are offline. End trip frequently fails. I have been trying to end a trip for past 30 minutes, no dice. Frequently bikes have dead battery when app has them charged. This is just my experience this week...
