Ratings and reviews

I love the local coverage but too often I find I'm reassigned to a new location when I'm traveling. I'd love to have the app offer a temporary location, with a start & stop date so I won't get notifications for a national company in the "wrong" town. That makes it feel like clutter in my inbox so I don't always open it to check because of that. If it offers this option now I've missed it. Otherwise, I really enjoy the variety of events offered & find it easy enough to register for events.

The "Customer Service" feature is a complete joke. It gatekeeps the options you can get " help" in and sends you in the LOOP of CS HELL between "Most asked questions and an AI Chatbox. There is no human help either from chatbox, a phone number, or even an email contact list. I have been trying to contact someone to report an app software issue with a broken Conact an Organizer Link. There were some other issues with the order that cannot be resolved by AI, or their minscule preset options.

This app almost never works right. Never ending loading and error pages. It's been this way over multiple updates, no matter my wifi or data connection. It has timed out in the middle of ordering tix many times. Dont know how often I've had to go to the website to complete orders or view pages. Don't download this app. Just use the web page.
