This is the worst banking app that I have ever used. Everytime when I am trying to carry out the bank transfer, there is this message - Error Processing Request. It has been since the day I installed the app and I regularly update it. Also there is issue in esewa transfer. Cannot select account. Have the app properly tested before uploading in play store.

The worst banking service whatsoever....mobile banking isn't working from 2 days...their costumer care toll free numbers aren't reachable...only 1 number is reachable and i've been in queue for 10mins and i'm still in queque....and balance is deducted while you're still on queue....RBB must really focus on communicating with their customers...Atleast send us a notice or something about system not working .... i still don't know what the problem is and i've been on queue since yesterday

I just opened my account and now i am trying to login in after receiving the otp but the app won't open . It says "can't connect to the server " even when my WiFi network is good . Plz fix the bug soon f1soft . ( I tried every thing such as clearing cache and reboot.)
