The Machhapuchchhre Bank app doesn't open properly on a slow internet connection. It is especially difficult to use in rural areas where the internet signal is weak. Other banks' apps still work even with slow internet. Please improve the app's performance so it works smoothly on low-speed networks as well.

Very boring and fake app dont download this app because there was a many problems like..login problem and server down showing etc..😡😡😡😡 very very third class app don't use this apppp😡😡

The app does not open at all and it's really hindering my daily routine as I need to make payments, and the app fails me at those crucial moments. I've contacted them about it but I did not get any response either. It works very occasionally and stops altogether most of the time. And the bank charges us for using the mobile banking app that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
