Very disappointed with the mobile banking app of Machhapuchchhre Bank. It often doesn’t open on time and takes too long to load. This is very frustrating, especially when I need to make urgent transactions. Please improve the app’s performance and reliability.

For activating mobile banking I send the sms twice to a number , it doesnt auto return to app as it says . After I hit my back buton the app says activation code expired , although I get sms return that code successfully verified . Worst mobile banking app - f1soft please improve this ...

The app does not open at all and it's really hindering my daily routine as I need to make payments, and the app fails me at those crucial moments. I've contacted them about it but I did not get any response either. It works very occasionally and stops altogether most of the time. And the bank charges us for using the mobile banking app that DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.
