I have also been using this mobile app for three or four years. It never opens when it says it will, it opens only once after 10 or 12 days. There are many emergencies when it comes to making payments, but this app does not open.

Dont deserve a single star. Worst bank I have ever used in Nepal out of my 5 bank accounts. Staffs are not accountable with their duties. They took more than a year just to change my phone number linked in bank because previous one was lost. I visited more than 3 times for connect ips verification as well. If you are planing of opening a bank account, think twice before choosing this bank.

Arguable the worst banking app. Every single function is giving error.I authorized 3 times for first time login and still it's not logging in and when I try to contact customer care it is also giving error
