Ratings and reviews

It NEVER works. Not once. I've updated. Un-installed, re installed, it always gives me error messages. The fact that the store has sale prices that can ONLY be redeemed by the app is terrible marketing. With the deals they show, I'd probably do more shopping in terms of toiletries and such if I could get the coupons. It's just frustrating that it feels like it's a "you could save this, but we don't actually want you to get the savings." I can't even change my location! It just gives an error.

Constantly stops working. It may work for a whole 15 seconds and get your hopes up, only to crash again. It's great for coupons WHEN it works. The search bar is useless. Unless you search up the exact product you're looking for, the search bar yields nothing. I've tried uninstalling, updating. I've even tried the app on different devices. Same result. Basically useless unless you want to look at the pictures for a few seconds before the app crashes.

It's been years and this app still crashes and is very slow. Half the time I can't even use the smart coupons due to how bad this app is. Here the bar code to scan, oh wait it's crashing and there is a line of people behind me. Thanks to this app, I've been sending more of my business to Tops Markets and save a lot since there easier to shop at.
